If individual collection items need to be modified or deleted for any reason, administrators can perform these actions to clean-up the collection as needed.
In the event a large quantity of incorrect or invalid data has been created or imported, an alternative to editing or deleting is to perform a rollback of the import.
To edit or delete a collection item:
- From the Dashboard, click Collections
- Find the collection to rollback by:
- Browsing the list; or
- Searching the list by the collection name
- Once found, under the Operations column, click the drop-down arrow, then click List Collection Items
- Find the item by:
- Browsing the list;
- Or Searching the list by the item name
- Once found
- To Edit an item
- Under the Operations column, click Edit
- Make the necessary edits to the fields as needed
- Click Save
- Under the Operations column, click Edit
- To Delete an item
- Under the Operations column, click the drop-down arrow, then click Delete
- A confirmation window will appear
- Click Delete to continue with the deletion; or
- Click Cancel to cancel the deletion and return to the collections list
