Staff users have the ability to view all easy form submissions from a single location. From here the information can be reviewed and actioned as needed. These submissions are securely stored on the same server as the Stacks website and are accessible only by users with staff roles. Content from these submissions remains on the server until deleted by staff users with appropriate access.
Viewing all Easy Form Submissions
- From the Dashboard, click Easy Forms
- At the top of the easy forms dashboard page, click the Submissions tab
- Here users will see a list of all submissions, this information includes:
- Submission number
- Date the form was submitted
- IP address of the user who submitted it
- Name of the easy form it was submitted from
- A link to view the submission details

Viewing Submissions from Specific Forms
- From the list of easy forms, under the Operations column, click Build
- At the top of the page, click the Results tab
- Here users will see a list of submissions for the selected easy form, this information includes:
- Submission number
- Star icon, to flag (or bookmark) the submission
- Username of the user who submitted it
- Date the form was submitted
- Under the operations column
- Click Edit to edit the submission details
- Click the drop-down arrow, to access options to
- View the submission details
- Delete the submission
