It is important to note that users with the Contributor or Editor role can only edit news articles that they create. Users with either the Moderator or Administrator role have the ability to edit and delete all articles, if required.
- From the Dashboard, click News articles
- Locate the article by
- Browsing the list; OR
- Searching by the article title
- Once found, under the Operations column
- To Edit
- click Edit
- Make the required changes, including updating the publishing workflow if needed
- Click Save
- click Edit
- To Delete
- Click the drop-down arrow, then click Delete
- A confirmation window will appear
- Click Delete to continue with deletion; or
- Click Cancel to cancel the deletion and return to the article list
- A confirmation window will appear
- Click the drop-down arrow, then click Delete
