You can utilize the Bookings feature to enable your patrons to make the most of your facility. Through bookings, visitors can see a list of rooms in your facilities, which could include a detailed description of the rooms and their amenities, quickly view room availability, and book the rooms for their individual or group needs.
Staff users with the appropriate permissions will be able to review booking requests and choose to either approve or deny them as needed. These users also have the ability to configure settings associated with the bookings, including:
- Rules associated with minimum and maximum booking times
- How far in advance bookings can be made
- Customized email notifications for room bookings
- Adding an EasyForm to a room booking to gather more information above and beyond the room request
