The Bookings are of the Booking Management dashboard is where admins can go to view all bookings for all rooms, as well as have the ability to either Approve or Deny bookings as needed.
Bookings listed here can be filtered by Title (room name), as well as sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking on the column headings.
To Manage Bookings
- From the Bookings Management tile in the main Dashboard, click Bookings
- Search the list of bookings by:
- Browse the list; OR
- Use the search field to search by Title (room name)
- Once found, in the column on the far right, either:
- Click Approve - to approve the booking
- Click the drop-down arrow, then click Deny - to deny the booking
- Whether approved or denied, an email will be sent to the email address entered on the booking form indicating the booking status
Note: If a patron's booking is denied, they cannot re-submit it, they would need to create a new booking.
