The EBSCO Discovery Service/EHost Web Layer is a distinct product from Stacks, offering an affordable, low-cost solution for new EDS UI customers allowing customers to retain "list links" from within the bottom branding onto a new landing page that includes a search box. This landing page can serve as a basic library website, providing users with access to EDS content, other resources, and institutional links.
The EDS/EHost Web Layer is not intended to replace Stacks but is an option for organizations that do not need a full suite of content management features.
