Build 122 Release Notes

We’re excited to announce the release of Build 122, which is being released in stages beginning January 15, 2025. 

This release introduces our new Stacks/FOLIO integration, along with updates to our current OCLC and Koha integrations; as well as a redesigned My Account experience. These updates will enhance the usability, accessibility, and integration with key library systems.

What's New

FOLIO Integration

This new integration provides you and your with the following features and functionality:

• Inbound and Bento search functionality
  • Limit search results in Stacks with various facets
  • Item availability information displayed on search results
• Patron empowerment features:
  • Place and cancel holds
  • Renew checked out items
  • View fees and fines in your account
• Authentication:
  • Barcode and Pin (only available when FOLIO is purchased through EBSCO)
  • Username and Password
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Query FOLIO when building Resource Flows
• Integration with Saved Searches and Lists

Improvements

OCLC

Enhancements to our existing OCLC integration include:

• Authentication support
• Updated design for inbound search results
• Availability information displayed on search results
• Patron empowerment features:
  • Place and cancel hold requests
  • Renew checkouts

Koha

Updates to our existing Koha integration include:

• Query Koha when building Resource Flows
• Patron empowerment features:

My Account Redesign

• New layout, users can now see a detailed summary view of all account components
• New menu for intuitive navigation and for easy access to account features
• Fully meets WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
