When a Page requires changes or deletion, users with the moderator or administrator role can make these changes to any page.
It should be noted that users with the contributor or editor role can only edit the pages they have created, and they cannot delete any pages.
- From the Dashboard, click Pages
- Locate the page by:
- Browsing the list; OR
- Searching the list by name
- Once found, under the Operations column
- To Edit
- Click Edit
- Make the required changes, including modifying the Publishing workflow settings, if needed
- Click Save
- Click Edit
- To Delete
- Click the drop-down arrow, then click Delete
- A confirmation window will appear
- Click Delete to continue with deleting the page
- Click Cancel to cancel deletion and return to the list of pages
- A confirmation window will appear
- Click the drop-down arrow, then click Delete
