FOLIO

FOLIO can now integrate with Stacks for both authentication and search capabilities. This article will explain how to configure the integration for Authentication. 

Authentication Configuration

For SSO (Single sign on), the SSO user ID is typically mapped to external system ID.

1. From the Dashboard, click the Integrations tile, then click the Authentication tile
2. Primary Authentication, from the list select FOLIO
3. Click FOLIO from the menu on the left
   1. URL, enter the provided URL
   2. Username, enter the username (this must be an admin user)
   3. Password, enter the password 
   4. Tenent ID, enter the customer tenent ID
   5. Edge for FOLIO, enter the provided URL
   6. API Key, enter the provided API key
   7. Authentication Type, select the authentication type
      1. Barcode / Pin - this option is only available for customer who purchased FOLIO through EBSCO
      2. Username / Password 
   8. Enable Manage Items, when checked will allow users to manage their items/checkouts
4. Click Save Configuration when finished
