The Stacks platform is designed to be user-friendly and intuitive for users with all levels of experience to manage their website independently without needing external support or assistance. However, a comprehensive knowledgebase site and support staff are available to ensure resources are always available when extra help is needed.
Stacks Hub is the primary knowledge base for Stacks. It contains in-depth information about all Stacks features and integrations and is intended to help administrators manage their sites by offering step-by-step instructions. The Hub also connects customers to EBSCO support and offers essential information about Accessibility compliance, security, and more.

Implementation Project Manager (IPM) & Library Services Engineer (LSE)
EBSCO will assign an Implementation Project Manager at the beginning of your implementation. The IPM will be your primary point of contact throughout the implementation phase. Please direct all Stacks related questions to the IPM to ensure effective coordination and communication. You may be assigned a Library Services Engineer (LSE) In some regions, who will perform the duties of an IPM instead of an Implementation Project Manager.
EBSCO Connect / Support Team
You can rely on the EBSCO support team to assist whenever needed. Visit EBSCO Connect for information on how to contact support in your region. Support tickets for Stacks will be routed to the appropriate support team members to address questions and concerns.
