The events management feature in Stacks is a great way to further enhance the interaction between your organization and your users/patrons by creating and advertising events run by or associated with your organization.
Whether these are one-time events or a recurring series, users with the appropriate permissions have complete control over the setup and management of the event, which could include requiring registrations and enabling waitlists for popular events.
Pre-built pages in Stacks will allow your users/patrons to view these events in either a list or calendar view, they can also filter/group events by different categories, topics, or types, especially helpful if you have a large number of events. If your users/patrons have a login to Stacks, they can also manage their own registrations via their 'My Account' page.
